ORDERING FORM COOL KIT:	We're currently working on intergrating an online shopping cart into our site. Whilst that is going on, you can order in the usual way, which is to get in touch with us. BOOT SIZING Before you choose your size, get your feet measured properly. Most people don't know their real size because so many shoe brands vary in size. Doing this will save time and help get you fitted right, the first time.	CLOTHING SIZES Carinthia's cold weather sizing is on par with Australian clothing sizes. So a medium is a 90cm chest size, 87-90cm waist. If you do want to wear a lot of layers under a cold weather garment, you may need to order the next size up.
BELLEVILLE SIZING Most Belleville boots are maufacturerd on the Vanguard sole system, however with the different linings, there are some fitting differences between the models. they are listed below: M300, 390, 550, 590, 600's - order a half size smaller, same width. M330, 340's, 650, 690, 700, 790, 800ST - order the same size. M770, 675, 880 - order a half size larger. In most cases, when you contact us, we'll get your proper size from you and work it out.	BELLEVILLE WARRANTY Belleville Shoe Manufacturing Company guarantees its boots to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If a defect in materials and/or workmanship occurs within the one year period, Belleville Shoe will, at its option, either repair or replace the boots. All warranty claims for Belleville boots are conducted through Cool Kit Australia. If you purchased your Belleville boots from outside of Australia, you must contact your place of purchase to claim.	BELLEVILLE RETURNS. You may return your Belleville boots for the following reasons: Incorrect Size Incorrect product Boots to be returned must not show any signs of wear and must still have the tags and labels attached and the original packaging materials in good order. Additional shipping charges may apply. Hint: Wear the boots on carpet until you are sure of the fit and leave the tags attached. Don't throw the box out!
